Formed in 2020 by Andy McLane, T.C.R.G., The McLane School of Irish Dance is a competitive dance school located in Plano, TX. 

 

Andy started his dance career in 1997 in Sarasota, FL with the Butler School of Irish Dance, studying under the direction of Sheila Butler-Duffy and later Myra Watters. He was the 2004 Southern Region Oireachtas Champion and has competed at the National and World level.

 

He returned to his home of Dallas, TX in 2007 and began teaching with Hibernia and Maguire Academy before branching out on his own. He has led dancers in performances across both Florida and Texas, including The North Texas Irish Festival, Walt Disney World, and the State Fair of Texas. He is excited to share his love of the Irish heritage and Irish dance with his students and with the community of North Texas.
